Alteration & Custom Work

• Our prices are fixed based on the work needed, so we don’t bargain. Quotes before we see the outfit are estimates.

• Rush fees depend on how soon you need the order and how much work it needs. Same-day or complex jobs cost more.

• We love reference photos and AI ideas! They’re inspiration only. The final result depends on the real fabric, fit and structure.

• Your invoice records the items, work, prices and pickup date we agreed on. Changes or hidden work are confirmed with you first.

• Fit is based on your fitting measurements, what you wear and the design details you approve. Changes later may cost extra.

• If you choose to go against our tailor’s advice, we’ll note it on your invoice. Any related re-adjustment is paid work.

Appointments & Pickup

• Please share your actual event date. Changes, missed fittings or late replies may move the completion date.

• Appointments and pickups are during our posted studio hours. After-hours appointments are exceptions and must be approved in advance; we can’t always offer them.

• Any remaining balance is due at pickup, before the order leaves our studio. Alteration and custom work is final sale, with no refunds.

• Please try everything on at pickup. After approval, or if you leave without trying it on, later fit changes are paid. However, if we made the mistake, we’ll fix it for free.

In-Studio Purchases

• Please try on and inspect items before buying. All in-studio purchases are final sale—no refunds or exchanges for fit, preference or change of mind.

• If we alter a purchased item, the alteration and pickup policies above also apply.
