• Our prices are fixed based on the work needed. Quotes before inspection are estimates.

• Rush fees depend on how quickly you need the outfit and how much work it needs. Same-day or complex jobs cost more.
   

• We love your reference photos and AI ideas! However, they’re inspiration only.

 

• Your invoice lists the agreed items, work and prices. We follow it unless we both approve a change.

• We use your measurements, fitting clothes and approved design details. If any of these change later, adjustments may cost extra.
   

• If you request a change or we find hidden work, we’ll confirm the cost and timing first.
   

• Please share your actual event date. Changes, missed fittings or late replies may cause delays.
   

• Please try everything on at pickup. After approval, changes cost extra—but we fix our mistakes for free.
